The personnel was very very helpful, the room we got was warm, perfect location. The pool was clean, thoroughly enjoyed it...

Quite small bathroom, and the breakfast was of a poor quality.

Nice base for exploring Birmingham. Staff were HELPFUL and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The English breakfast offered a good choice of food, something for everyone's taste.
